Volkswagen introduced its second generation Golf in Europe in 1983, coming stateside in ’85. This light and nimble “hot hatch” is still an entertaining drive, and is becoming a hot collectable with enthusiasts. Engines included 1.8L and 2.0L 16-valve engines with up to 134 HP.
